    • In July 2025, the Poonawalla team approached us with a clear task:
    • Enter the market fast, build trust instantly, and create a consistent identity across five states — all within a very tight timeline.
    • The gold loan space was already crowded, customers had many choices, and the market was noisy. The brand didn’t just need visibility.
    • It needed meaningful visibility — Visibility that builds Confidence.


  • Our Ideation: Humanising a Financial Brand
    • We studied how today’s customers respond to financial brands. We realized trust doesn’t come from long product explanations anymore. This collective learning became a strong foundation for shaping Poonawalla’s visibility strategy with clarity and confidence.
    • We decided to make the brand feel friendly and approachable — something people would notice, remember, and smile at. Strong neighbourhood visibility became the backbone of the plan, supported by creative elements that sparked curiosity and connection.
